O 3B(Baga e Bical de uma região Atlântica começada por B…) nasceu da vontade de criar um Método Tradicional aromático, refrescante, honesto e elegante baseado nas uvas autóctones de vinhas que respeitam a tradição de cultivo da região.
Por não concordar com a designação espumante, no próximo ano passarei a designa-lo por Método Tradicional. Aguardando que o país se decida por uma designação própria tal como acontece em Espanha com a Cava e em Itália com Franciacorta, etc...
