Palácio da Brejoeira
Alvarinho and Palácio da Brejoeira are almost synonymous. It is the producer with more history and tradition in the production of wines of this caste, almost being able to say that it was because of her that the white wine Alvarinho became known and has today the status that it has. Quinta da Brejoeira, is located in Monção and is a 30-hectare estate, 18 of which are exclusively planted with Alvarinho.
The ex-libris of the farm and the region is its palace, a grand building in neoclassical style, from the end of the 19th century (1806). D. Hermínia Paes presided over the destinies of this magnificent property and was the great worker of his success.
