| Vintage / Winemaking: The vineyard which gave rise to the fourth edition of Secret Spot was planted in 1916, on pre-phylloxera terraces. The vine varieties present in this vineyard cannot be identified in their entirety. Field Blend, more than 10 different grape varieties. Manual selection of the berries - berry by berry. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for four days in French oak barrels, where the grapes were subsequently trodden and fermented. This was followed by 15 days’ post-fermentation maceration |
