1. (Scope) 1.1. The Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data is intended to regulate the processing of personal data to be performed by GRANVINE using the website www.granvine.pt and the services provided therein (hereinafter the “Services”). 1.2. The collection and computer processing of personal data collected using the website comply with Law No. 67/98 of 26 October (“Personal Data Protection”). 1.3. By making your personal data available, the user expressly consents to the collection and processing thereof in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. 1.4. This Privacy Policy applies to any User, whether they have Registered on the website.

(Registration) By accessing or using our services and participating in marketing activities promoted by GRANVINE You agree to GRANVINE's privacy and personal data protection policy by consenting to its collection and processing for the purposes referred to in point 5, providing it directly and explicitly. The non-provision or partial supply of personal data by the holder may limit the or preclude the performance of services, participation in events, campaigns or any other promotional and / or commercial activities or integration into recruitment processes.
