Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

    1. (Scope) 1.1. The Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data is intended to regulate the processing of personal data to be performed by GRANVINE using the website www.granvine.pt and the services provided therein (hereinafter the “Services”). 1.2. The collection and computer processing of personal data collected using the website comply with Law No. 67/98 of 26 October (“Personal Data Protection”). 1.3. By making your personal data available, the user expressly consents to the collection and processing thereof in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. 1.4. This Privacy Policy applies to any User, whether they have Registered on the website.

    2. (Responsible for the treatment) GRANVINE, LDA, headquartered at Rua Padre Américo Monteiro de Aguiar, Lot 103, esc., 1st Esq. and NIPC 514804300, with the share capital of € 5,000.00 (five thousand euros).

    3. (Data collected) (1) Data provided directly by the holder; (2) Data collected in connection with the relationship with the data subject; (3) Personal data requested from the holder processed with his consent;

    4. (Subject matter) The processing of personal data includes, in particular, the registration, collection, consultation, use, adaptation, alteration, storage, destruction, among other operations referred to in Article 4 (2) of Regulation (EU). 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

    5. (Purposes) The purpose of the use of the collected data is, namely: (1) Processing of online orders, requests, requests or clarification of doubts to the holder, through the website or applications; (2) Processing of requests for information about products, services, direct marketing communications, campaigns, promotions, statistical purposes and personalized content upon prior consent; (3) Create a personal account to be used to purchase products through the website; (4) Processing customer complaints, suggestions and complaints; (5) Conduct profiles and analyses on customer behaviour; (6) Keep customers informed of the latest products, offers, opportunities through email, postal mail, text.

    7. (Unprocessed Data) GRANVINE will not process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union affiliation, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data, concerning health or data relating to the holder's sexual life or sexual orientation.

    8. (Registration) By accessing or using our services and participating in marketing activities promoted by GRANVINE You agree to GRANVINE's privacy and personal data protection policy by consenting to its collection and processing for the purposes referred to in point 5, providing it directly and explicitly. The non-provision or partial supply of personal data by the holder may limit the or preclude the performance of services, participation in events, campaigns or any other promotional and / or commercial activities or integration into recruitment processes.

    9. (Collection) Personal data may only be collected if: (1) the data subject purchases products online; (2) contact GRANVINE via email or telephone; (3) fill out a form; (4) agree to participate in marketing activities and / or campaigns and receive commercial information; (5) register on the GRANVINE website or any commercial event at the latter, even if not automatically.

GRANVINE guarantees, in addition to the security measures and internal protection of its facilities, the limitation of access to personal data only to its employees for the fulfilment of the purposes of processing.

    13. (Access, Alteration and Forgetfulness) The  data subject has the right to access and rectify the data processed, and may, at any time, remove his/her consent to the processing and request the deletion of the data, by means of a written communication addressed to GRANVINE.

    14. (Duration of data retention) GRANVINE will use reasonable efforts to ensure that it retains data on the data subject only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or applicable law, within a maximum period of five (5) years.

    15. (Applicability) GRANVINE's privacy and personal data protection policies apply to the processing of personal data carried out in the course of its business activities and its provision of services, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

    16. (Cookies) The use of cookies, beacons, plug-ins (extensions) on social networks or any other similar technologies is always communicated to the user in advance and given the possibility of not accepting their use.

    17. (Automated Decisions) You will not make any business decisions based on automated decisions, nor will you take any action leading to profiling.
