Tasting Notes - Palate: On the palate, it has good volume, a lively and balanced acidity, floral notes, hints of citrus fruit and a fantastically harmonious finish | Vintage / Winemaking: Made using grapes from selected plots at the vineyard, at 600m altitude, in Quinta do Sairrão. After soft crushing, the grapes undergo pelicular maceration and are pressed; the resulting must then subject to static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and barrels of French oak, at controlled temperatures |
