How to make a Purchase
Buying on Granvine website is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:
• Browse our product catalog through the navigation menu links.
• Once you have viewed the product (s) you are interested in, add it (s) to your cart. This way you can choose to continue to purchase or process the order.
• If you wish to process your order, you have the option to create an account or pay as a guest.
• The system will show the shipping costs.
• Select a payment method
• Confirm your order
• You will receive an email with your order confirmation.
Shipping Fee
At Granvine the shipping costs are calculated after entering the address information and products to be shipped.
Delivery Time
These are indicative average Transit times. Deadlines are comprised of a collection from Monday to Friday, and deliveries are made on business days, except holidays:
• Shipping to Portugal Continental in 24/48h (working days) after shipment confirmation, by express mail.
• Shipping to Europe, in countries listed bellow, after shipment confirmation (working days)

Granvine agrees not to allow any transaction that is unlawful, or is considered by credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that could or has the potential to harm or adversely influence the customer. The following activities are prohibited by card brand programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder or cards.
This trade guarantees maximum security in your payment and data confidentiality. All payment transactions are made through a secure server, based on the SSL Standard, which guarantees complete confidentiality of your bank card details. This data is encrypted without ever being stored on our servers.
Credit Card
Speed up your purchases by paying with your credit or debit card. With this form of payment, confirmation of your orders will be immediate and without surcharges
We offer maximum security in your operations::

Exchanges and returns
You may return a product within 48 hours of receipt. Only returns of products that are broken, damaged or in poor condition are not allowed.
To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or through our form explaining the reasons for the return. In the event of product breakage or deterioration, the merchant may request the customer to provide photographs of the product's condition.
Granvine assumes in these cases the costs of returning the products, provided they are broken, damaged or in poor condition.
If the order is correct, but you have changed your mind or disagree with either product, you have seven days to make a return. All products must be in perfect condition, sealed, unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and verified, we would pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
Change Password
If you want to change your password, log in to your account and change the password in the "My Account" area under "change my password".
Cancel Order
You can cancel products or orders as long as they have not yet been shipped. You can know the status of your order in My Account> My Orders. Similarly, you will receive an email to the associated email account each time we change the status of your order.
To cancel an order, you must contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or via our form.
Note: If the order has already entered the process of preparing your delivery, this option will not be available. Orders already sent cannot be canceled.
Please note that you cannot reactivate canceled orders. If you wish to receive any of the products that have been canceled you must place a new order.
When you complete the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account.
Additionally, you can verify that your order has been canceled in My Orders.
Delivery
What days and at what time are deliveries made?
It depends on the type of delivery and the shipping company chosen. In general, products are delivered from Monday to Friday. If you need flexibility, choose delivery at a collection point. Collection points are usually stores such as kiosks, stationers or florists. Also, many of these spots are open on the weekend.
