Quinta da Boavista, one of the most emblematic of the Douro, is a property always associated with the name of Baron de Forrester, the largest figure in the history of this wine-growing region of Portugal. Located near Pinhão, on the right bank of the Douro, and with a unique view of the river, this icon of the Douro Demarcated Region is known mainly for its quality vineyards, some almost century-old, planted in terraces and shale terraces.
