Goals

Granvine is a service and product offering platform specializing in the wine product. Its added value to the market lies in the high know-how of its promoters and in the offer of one of the most advanced and innovative transaction platforms in the market aimed at the international market.

Activities

The genesis of innovation lies in the project promoters themselves and the vision they advocate with this project. The aim is to raise the bar for what an online wine trading site is. The aim is to reach a higher level in which the consumer obtains an experience with each visit he makes. In this way we will train and inform the consumer, which will appeal to a more careful selection and based on the satisfaction of their need when looking for a wine, regardless of their motivation.

In this way, we assume advice as a core tool, through winemakers who support the choice. In this sense, we have prepared the platform so that it matches the user's profile and that he has a shopping experience as unique as possible, whether it is an impulse purchase, a more structured search or the consumer who needs to make an immediate purchase and needs have an offer.

Expected/achieved results

The strategic objectives consist of the internationalization of the Platform in relevant markets that present a high propensity for the consumption of wine and that are willing to purchase our products online.

Within this planning, we work with a view to placing GRANVINE in different markets to also demonstrate its versatility. In an industry where reputation is crucial, we aim to build an image of strong credibility and quality.

This project aims to boost not only an e-commerce platform, but also to provide a dynamic in which the user can enjoy an experience that enriches their appetite for the consumption of wine in an informed way. We believe that understanding what wine is will stimulate its consumption and experimentation.

Project description, with possible monitoring of the level of execution

The definition of priority markets (segmentation of global demand) must respond to the short/medium term objective of increasing the company's exports. It must, at the same time, respond to the principle of sustainable growth which requires, in addition to this consolidation, the expansion to new geographies and considering the consumer profile in each geography. Thus, the proposed methodology is based on indicators of evidenced competitive advantages, but complements them with criteria related to positive dynamics of international demand, where it is assumed that there is (or will be) potential to respond to the offer on the part of the company.
