| Tasting Notes - Palate: On the mouth it is smooth, with good acidity, revealing red fruit aromas and a long elegant finish | Vintage / Winemaking: Produced using selected grapes from plots of Touriga Nacional, planted at more than 500m altitude, in Quinta do Sairrão. After selection at the vineyard, they are transported in boxes to the winery, where they are gently pressed. Only the highest quality must is selected. After decanting at low temperature, a long alcoholic fermentation period follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures |
