| Tasting Notes - Palate: A frescura e o volume de boca surpreendem, com final muito longo, fresco e mineral | Vintage / Winemaking: Eliminaram-se cachos que não se encontravam em perfeitas condições, as uvas foram vinificadas com desengace total, seguido de esmagamento suave e maceração pelicular; durante cerca de 12h. Após este período sobre atmosfera inerte fez-se a prensagem em prensa pneumática, seguindo-se então um período de clarificação do mosto, de 24 a 48h em função da casta e do estado de maturação. Vinificaçao em hiper-redução, fermentação a 12ºC e trasfega sob atmosfera controlada |
