The different characteristics of the soils depending on the area (granite, limestone, Mediterranean or schist), the countless hours of sun exposure and a range of selected grape varieties allow for high quality production, combined with the ability to maintain the tradition of flavour while innovating in the art of winemaking.
As for what distinguishes them, the white wines are aromatic, fresh and harmonious, while the reds, ruby or garnet in colour, are more intense, full-bodied and at the same time soft and slightly astringent.
