Vegan wines

Like all food (and other) products, a vegan wine is one whose composition is free from any substance of animal origin. This final composition involves the entire production process, from growing the vines to harvesting, ripening, destemming and crushing, pressing, fermentation, racking, clarification and stabilisation, maturing and bottling. In other words, at no time should any raw material be used that is the result of the exploitation or killing of animals.
